HOW TO SCARE AWAY TWO COPS WITH ONE CAMERA

After waking me up with a tap to the head from one of their jackboots, these cops  didn't seem to care they were violating their own policy by harassing me for being homeless ( http://www.copswiki.org/Common/M1199 ).   Since there was no complaint against me, they were required by SDPD policy to leave me alone, but instead they insisted i would have to leave... until i turned my camera on.  Then everything changed.
